SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer HomeTowne Automation, LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Payment Payment terms are established in your client service agreement. HomeTowne Automation, LLC reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property All work product, materials, and systems developed by HomeTowne Automation, LLC remain the intellectual property of HomeTowne Automation, LLC until payment is received in full.

8. Limitation of Liability HomeTowne Automation, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Termination Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the signed client service agreement.

10. Governing Law These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
