I started Home Towne Automation because the national outfits and the five-thousand-dollar-a-month agencies were taking work from local businesses that do better work. They don't have better crews. They have better systems: the call gets answered, the follow-up goes out, the review gets asked for. That's the part I build, and it's the same system for every client.
