HomeTowne Automation, LLC provides CRM setup, sales pipeline configuration, and business automation services to small businesses. Service details, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in a separate client service agreement.

4. SMS Messaging

By opting in to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from HomeTowne Automation, LLC related to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

HomeTowne Automation, LLC is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Payment

Payment terms are established in your client service agreement. HomeTowne Automation, LLC reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.

7. Intellectual Property

All work product, materials, and systems developed by HomeTowne Automation, LLC remain the intellectual property of HomeTowne Automation, LLC until payment is received in full.

8. Limitation of Liability

HomeTowne Automation, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms of the signed client service agreement.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at hometowneautomation.com/privacy-policy.
